Job Description
We are Technospace i Solutions, seeking proactive and customer-oriented freshers to join our L0 Support Helpdesk team. This role involves providing first-level support by addressing basic technical issues, answering inquiries, and guiding customers through simple troubleshooting steps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Assist with password resets and software navigation.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements include basic knowledge of operating systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple support requests.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month.
