Job Description
At Unisys, we’re looking for a dedicated Services Support Rep 2 to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Answer moderately complex questions, using guidelines and your judgment.
- Support hardware, software, client applications, and user administration.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or vendors.
- Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve incidents.
- Assist L1 agents with daily questions about client incidents and requests.
Requirements include a High School Diploma (or GED), 1-2 years of relevant experience, and possibly a technical certification or Associate Degree.
