Job Description
DreamSoft IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated individuals for the Non-Voice Process Associate position. Responsibilities include following up with customers, addressing their needs, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints through email and chat. Exceptional communication via inbound calls, emails, and chats is essential.
Requirements: Fresher (up to 28 years), proficiency in Hindi (English preferred), and minimum 12th pass. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,736.86 – ₹36,008.74 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund
Schedule: Day, Evening, Morning, and Night shifts available. Work Location: In person.
