Job Description
Urgent Requirement: We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to maintain our reception area.
The ideal candidate will greet visitors, manage our security and telecommunications systems, and handle all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors
- Managing queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Taking and ensuring messages are delivered promptly to appropriate staff members
- Managing meeting room availability
