Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of International Voice Process at CUSTOMER ANALYTICS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding product and service inquiries while providing accurate information and assistance to customers. You will also resolve complaints, maintain customer records, and achieve targets for customer satisfaction and productivity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,455.00 – ₹28,755.00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund
Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift, Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus

Requirements
