Job Description
FIMS Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written. A strong command of technical tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), is essential.
Our Telecaller must have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, adeptly handling inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner. Reliability and punctuality are vital.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $15,00.00 – $25,00.00 per month
