Job Description
JVW Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process team. This position is based in Madhapur/Bahadurpalli and involves providing exceptional customer support to our US clients.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Experience with inbound calls and US support preferred
- Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
