Job Description
Link K Insurance TPA P Ltd is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). We prefer male applicants for this role within the Insurance/Hospital industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive communications, including calls and emails.
- Prepare corporate documents for team members and partners.
- Schedule meetings and manage travel itineraries.
- Organize corporate events outside the workplace.
- Maintain an organized filing system of documents.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism.
