Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team at Smile Global Travels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to resolve problems efficiently. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing information on travel bookings and packages, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, experience in the travel industry preferred, proficiency in English and Tamil, basic knowledge of GDS systems.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month plus incentives.
