Job Description
DBS Bank is seeking a dedicated Associate for the Production Support team within the Institutional Banking Group Technology. This role is essential in ensuring that production changes align with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines, as well as managing application issues effectively.
Responsibilities include providing level 2/3 application support, conducting root cause analyses, collaborating with regional teams, and participating in production issue calls. The ideal candidate will have 3.5 to 6.5 years of experience in the financial services sector, with strong skills in PL/SQL, Java, and relevant web technologies.
