Job Description
KSB SE & Co. KGaA is seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for payroll processing, including accounting and payment (salary deductions, full & final settlements). You will handle annual bonus return work, GL reconciliation for quarterly and annual payroll, and manage employee investment declarations and queries.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring statutory payments and compliance, such as TDS, PF, and ESIC. Additionally, you will handle employee travel expenses, business consultant document verification, and various utility bill payments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.
