Job Description
We are Simplify Homes, and we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position, offering a monthly salary between ₹15,00.00 and ₹25,00.00.
Experience Required: 0 – 1 year
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in tele sales or similar
- Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems
- Customer-focused with strong multitasking abilities
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in spoken English and Hindi
