Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Skilling Youth Coordinator to enhance our team. The primary responsibilities for this role include maintaining student attendance and ensuring course completion, conducting visits to Skilling Partner Centers for valuable feedback, managing student records on the WeConnect platform, and establishing strong connections with youth to understand and address their needs.
Qualifications for applicants include holding a degree, demonstrating empathy toward youth, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and local languages.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month. Additional benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and a Provident Fund.
