Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Service Desk Representative to join JVW Technologies. In this role, you will address Internet and Telecom inquiries, manage calls from international customers, and resolve product-related issues. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records using CRM software and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a degree (graduate or undergraduate) and have strong English language skills, along with solid computer proficiency. A minimum of 6 months of experience in an international voice process is preferred. Candidates must be prepared to work US shifts and join our team immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month.
