Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Air Ticketing Specialist to join our team in Kolkata (Dakshindari). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in air ticketing and be proficient in Amadeus or any GDS booking system. Familiarity with visa processing will be considered an advantage.

Key responsibilities include issuing and managing airline tickets, assisting customers with inquiries, performing fare calculations, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of airline policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹20,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month. Benefits include paid sick time, a Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus.
