Job Description
HR CATALYST is looking for a talented Forging Shift Supervisor to become part of our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing cutting plans aligned with forging requirements.
- Providing raw material test pieces for inspection and testing by the MQC.
- Effectively managing workforce operations.
- Maintaining FIFO protocols within the cutting department.
- Ensuring compliance with 5S standards.
- Overseeing material traceability between cutting and forging processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of engineering drawings, experience with measuring tools, and an understanding of forging processes and potential defects.
Job Type: Permanent | Salary: Up to ₹400,00.00 per year
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with rotational shifts.
Work Location: On-site.
