Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Architect to join our dedicated team in Chennai at L&T Technology Services Limited. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing master plans for industrial sites, designing architectural plans for industrial and office buildings, and preparing essential documents, including technical specifications, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Lumion, and SketchUp. Furthermore, exceptional problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, and strong interpersonal and communication proficiencies are essential.
