Job Description
WEST ZONE MARINE PVT LTD is looking for a committed Fleet Assistant to aid in the recruitment, selection, and deployment of seafarers for our vessels. In this role, you will coordinate crew changes, ensure compliance with maritime regulations, and maintain current crew documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and coordination of qualified seafarers.
- Verify that all crew documentation complies with international regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between seafarers and the company.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
Compensation: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
