Job Description
VARKY Technology Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process team, based in Hyderabad. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2.2 years of experience and requires working night shifts, with one-way cab services provided for convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via phone.
- Deliver accurate information and efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Maintain professionalism while documenting interactions in our system.
