Job Description
Luxon Tata Kottayam Region is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, managing service appointments, and collaborating with the workshop team to ensure top-notch service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet customers and listen to their concerns.
- Generate detailed service orders and liaise with the technical team.
- Keep customers updated on service status.
- Effectively address customer complaints and suggest additional services.
Compensation: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00/month | Experience: 1 year in automotive service required.
