Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Risk Control Specialist to join Kotak Mahindra. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer service support for Retail Asset Products, including Home Loans, LAP, and Personal Loans.
- Effectively resolving service requests and complaints within the established turnaround time (TAT).
- Encouraging digital adoption among Retail Asset Clients.
- Aiming to achieve cross-sell targets as outlined in your Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Delivering exceptional service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: A minimum of 12-18 months of experience in a related role is preferred.
