Job Description
Analogics Tech India Ltd is in search of a personable and professional Customer Support Executive. This essential role involves handling toll-free calls, addressing customer inquiries regarding our products, and serving as the primary point of contact for all visitors.
The key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, managing incoming calls, sorting emails, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu, alongside prior experience in customer service.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary between ₹15,00.00 and ₹19,00.00, with the added benefit of provided meals. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
