Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance Process and Policy Specialist to join Kotak Mahindra’s team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Business and Operational Risk Management (ORM) teams to facilitate vendor onboarding in the commercial banking sector. Key responsibilities include reviewing documentation and responding to queries from the ORM team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, along with 1-3 years of experience in banking operations. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders are crucial for this role.
