Your responsibilities will include monitoring the health of our email system, configuring user accounts, and implementing data protection policies. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to our staff members.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strong capacity for teamwork. A certification in Microsoft technologies is highly desirable.
