Job Description
TEAMWORK SOLUTIONS is actively seeking a Debt Collection Customer Service Representative. We prefer candidates who have experience with US processes and strong communication skills, with a minimum of 1 year in an international BPO environment. Both graduates and undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
This position requires working hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, offering competitive compensation of ₹25,00 to ₹40,00 per month, along with travel reimbursement and unlimited incentives. Additional benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and a Provident Fund.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred, and candidates must be available to work onsite at our Wagle Estate, Thane (W) location. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.
