Job Description
TECHOLAS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Full-time Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills, along with proven presentation and facilitation abilities. Familiarity with various soft skill training methodologies is a must, and prior experience in training or coaching is highly desirable.
Your role will involve providing coaching and mentorship to enhance professional development, monitoring participant progress, and delivering constructive feedback. Additionally, you will assist students with job placements and interview preparation.
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from ₹14,00 to ₹20,00 per month, with flexible day and morning shifts available. Weekend availability is advantageous. Please note that this position requires in-person attendance.
