Job Description
Season Two Senior Living is looking for a dedicated Facility Coordinator to ensure the efficient operation of our residential apartments and office facilities. Your role will involve maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for both residents and staff by effectively managing maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities: You will conduct regular inspections, oversee plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, supervise housekeeping services, manage vendor relationships, and remain accessible during non-business hours.
Qualifications: A degree, ITI, or diploma in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 2 years of facility management experience and excellent communication skills is required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
