Job Description
We are IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd, looking for a dedicated Collection Officer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, updating customer records, and following up on outstanding balances.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans
- Update customer records
- Follow up on outstanding balances
- Escalate difficult cases to management
Requirements: Excellent communication, customer service orientation, knowledge of banking regulations, and proficiency in Hindi and English.
Pay: ₹12,00 – ₹20,00/month. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
