Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails. The successful candidate will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve complaints, and address support requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills: Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. A basic understanding of computer operations, a problem-solving mindset, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture are preferred.
Compensation: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month. This is a full-time position suitable for fresh graduates.
