Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Telesales Executive to join our team, focusing on male sexual healthcare services. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customers with essential service information, guiding them through appointments, order placements, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will utilize Zoho CRM to efficiently manage customer data and track interactions while ensuring confidentiality when discussing sensitive subjects.
Requirements for this position include a graduation degree, proficiency in Hindi, and possession of a personal laptop. Previous telecalling experience is preferable.
