Job Description
Amplifon is seeking a dedicated India Call Center Operator to enhance client retention and satisfaction through superior communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for making and receiving outbound/inbound calls, generating client appointments, and managing customer objections to facilitate sales growth.
The ideal candidate will conduct approximately 150 calls per day and effectively manage customer information using Excel and CRM systems while addressing client grievances and coordinating with clinical teams.
To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess strong communication skills, familiarity with auto dialers, proficiency in MS Office, and a successful sales track record.
