RB Trainings is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Call Executive to promote our premium psychology and personal development programs. In this position, you will connect with potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp, assess their needs, and convert leads into enrolled participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads via phone and WhatsApp.
• Articulate program benefits and foster client relationships.
• Follow up to enhance conversions and maintain CRM records.
• Meet monthly sales targets consistently.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of telemarketing experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Confidence in handling objections effectively.

Compensation includes a fixed salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
