Job Description
Travelvava Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Front Office Executive to oversee tour and travel package inquiries from various clients, including corporate and walk-in customers. Key responsibilities include managing hotel bookings, flight reservations, and crafting customized tour itineraries (training provided). The successful candidate will also negotiate with vendors and maintain client information in our system.
The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant demeanor, confidence, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Malayalam. This position is on-site at our Palarivattom office in Ernakulam, with a competitive salary ranging from ₹12,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include cell phone reimbursement and leave encashment.
