Job Description
Travelistaan is seeking a motivated Ticketing Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Booking flights for both domestic and international routes.
- Issuing, reissuing, and canceling airline tickets as needed.
- Coordinating with airlines regarding schedule changes, refunds, and general inquiries.
- Addressing customer inquiries related to flight bookings and travel services.
- Providing clients with fare quotations and alternative route options.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of travel documents and tickets.
- Maintaining accurate records of bookings, invoices, and payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹27,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
Schedule: Morning shift
