Job Description
Urban Company is on the lookout for a proactive and dedicated Female Field Executive to facilitate the recruitment of service partners for a new priority category. This critical role involves identifying and onboarding women from local communities who are interested in service-oriented employment.
Key Responsibilities include scouting and hiring female service providers in local neighborhoods, explaining the benefits of partnership, guiding recruits through the registration process, assisting with onboarding and app training, building rapport within communities to ensure consistent hiring, and maintaining daily hiring records and reports.
Ideal candidates should be female, fluent in Telugu and Hindi, comfortable with local travel, and possess strong communication skills.
