Finprov Learning PVT LTD is looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to support prospective students throughout the enrollment process. In this role, you will provide comprehensive course information, clarify admission procedures, and create an exceptional experience for students. Your main responsibilities will include guiding students through the application process, maintaining accurate records, and meeting enrollment targets through effective communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, have experience in academic counseling, and be fluent in both English and Malayalam. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are required.
