Job Description
iLearn IAS Academy is seeking a committed Admissions Counselor to enhance our team. The successful candidate will engage with prospective students, offering comprehensive information about the Civil Services Examination and our program offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads.
- Provide detailed explanations of exam structures and eligibility criteria.
- Highlight program features and benefits to prospective students.
- Assist applicants with inquiries and the admission process.
- Ensure accurate records of all interactions are maintained.
- Work collaboratively to achieve enrollment targets.
