Role Overview: In this role, you will represent Songdew, assisting artists and partners through the music release process. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Requirements: Candidates should possess 1–2 years of customer support experience, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative approach.
Job Type: Full-time; Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00/month.
Location: In-person, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.
