Job Description

We are currently looking for a seasoned Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in Tirupur. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with a strong preference for expertise in inner wear garments.

Your primary responsibilities will include achieving a 99% supply rate, overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the warehouse is well-maintained. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and training staff while fostering a safe and efficient workplace.

Essential skills for this position include proficiency in supply chain management, manpower management, and lean system implementation. Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: ₹1,300,00.00 – ₹1,600,00.00 annually
