Job Description

Intercontinental Exchange is actively seeking a qualified Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This full-time role is responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable department, effectively handling customer escalations, and investigating overdue accounts.

Your responsibilities will include negotiating repayment plans, collaborating with operations to resolve billing discrepancies, and fostering strong relationships with customers. In addition, you will supervise and mentor staff, conduct performance assessments, and provide training for new hires.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management, with a preference for an Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline. Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills are necessary for success in this role.
