Job Description

The Operations Intern will play a crucial role in coordinating with customers and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment. Key responsibilities include overseeing the order fulfillment process, ensuring the successful delivery of services, updating real-time statuses on the dashboard, and engaging regularly with both customers and vendors. The intern will proactively resolve any issues during the conversion process and explain procedures to customers as needed.

Requirements: Candidates should possess strong time management and communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is required, with additional knowledge of any South Indian language being a plus. Candidates must be open to working in rotational shifts, and a background in Arts or Commerce is preferred.

Job Type: Internship | Salary: ₹8,00 – ₹10,00/month
