Position Overview: We are seeking an Area Sales Officer to enhance secondary sales and merchandising efforts by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers.

Key Stakeholders:

Internal: Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales Development

External: Retailers, Wholesalers, Distributors, Key Account Customers

Reporting To: Sales Officer

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG, Pharma, or OTC sectors, particularly in channel management
• Strong product knowledge
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good understanding of local geography
• Fluency in the local language
• Experience in distributor management
• Ability to calculate retail/distributor schemes
