Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to warmly welcome visitors and manage the telephone switchboard, contributing to a positive first impression and ensuring seamless internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- warmly greet visitors and address their needs in a timely manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and appropriately redirect them to relevant departments.
- Maintain an up-to-date directory of internal telephone numbers.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and inviting.
- Keep a record of emergency contact numbers for staff members.
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in any field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
