Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Academic Counselor to join our growing EdTech team at IITS (Institute of Integrated Training and Support). In this role, you will engage with prospective students and educational institutions to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential leads via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Effectively present and promote our EdTech products and services.
- Diligently follow up to ensure successful conversion of leads.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with academic and support teams to enhance service delivery.
