Job Description
Abhidi Solution Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Talent Scout (APAC) to play a key role in our recruitment team. The primary responsibilities include sourcing candidates for diverse roles, conducting preliminary interviews, and managing candidate profiles using our Applicant Tracking System.
We require candidates with a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 1.5 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment. A thorough understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
This full-time, permanent position offers an annual salary ranging from ₹340,00.00 to ₹550,00.00, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
