Job Description
HIRD Services Pvt Ltd, located in Kolkata, is looking for a motivated team member to join our Back End Operations. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and prior experience in insurance, US pensions, or UK pension retirement is highly preferred. Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand client plan provisions while providing timely, high-quality service.
- Effectively prioritize tasks to fulfill client requirements while adhering to established process guidelines.
- Engage in daily meetings and adapt to new tasks aligned with client objectives.
- Maintain open communication channels and stay updated on client documentation.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: Starting from ₹23,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid time off, Provident Fund | Schedule: Monday to Friday (UK/US shifts)
