Job Description
Department: Agency Channel – Life Insurance
Location: Mira Road, Panvel, Thane, and Kalyan
Key Responsibilities: As a vital member of our team, you will recruit agents, provide comprehensive training, manage team performance, achieve sales targets, ensure compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Insurance, or Financial Services. Fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: CTC ranges from ₹2.50 LPA to ₹4.00 LPA, depending on experience.
