Job Description
RSM Autokast Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring production targets and effectively managing manpower levels to ensure optimal operations. Key responsibilities include conducting line inspections, maintaining accurate production records, and addressing non-conformance issues as they arise. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at ₹17,00.00 per month, accompanied by rotational shifts. Candidates with experience in 5S methodology will be given priority.
