Job Description
We are looking for committed individuals to join our Customer Experience Center as a CEC – MIS Resource within the Contact Center Inbound team. The position focuses on periodic data extraction, reporting, and ensuring that top management receives timely and accurate information. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance, supporting sales management with crucial data, and responding to ad-hoc requests efficiently.
Qualified candidates should possess a degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS). Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related software tools. A flexible working schedule is also required.
