Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operation Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our pharmacy branches at MedPlus Pharmacy India. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing manpower for smooth operations and timely openings/closings.
- Monitoring daily sales reports and implementing improvements.
- Ensuring product availability at each store.
- Driving customer subscriptions for MedPlus products.
- Reporting daily on targets and performance.
- Allocating manpower to achieve excellent customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
